Data cleaning
Remove duplicate rows, fill missing values, trim extra spaces, standardise phone and amount formats, drop empty rows and columns — turn a messy sheet into a clean, ready-to-use one.
XEXE is an online spreadsheet tool: upload an Excel or CSV file, pick what you need, and let the cloud handle cleaning, statistics, merging, splitting and charts in one step. No Excel skills required — no formulas, no software to install.
Remove duplicate rows, fill missing values, trim extra spaces, standardise phone and amount formats, drop empty rows and columns — turn a messy sheet into a clean, ready-to-use one.
Group and summarise, sum and average, sort, compute shares, Top N, pivot summaries — no formulas to memorise, just pick the columns and get results.
Merge many sheets with the same structure into one master sheet, or split a large sheet by store, region or department into separate files for distribution.
Split one column into several, join columns into one, extract phone or ID numbers by rule, and compute years of service, account aging or days until expiry.
Generate bar, line and pie charts, and export results to Excel or PDF for reporting and archiving.
Arrange several functions into one flow: upload once and process continuously, with each step feeding the next automatically.

No. Guests can try every feature right away. Uploaded files are kept for up to 60 minutes by default and are permanently deleted when that expires. Once you sign up, you can choose a longer retention period.
Uploaded data is used only for the operation you explicitly start. It is never used to train models and never shared with third parties. Data is stored in isolation per user, and you can delete all of your data with one click at any time.
Common .xlsx, .xls and .csv files are supported, and results can be exported to Excel or PDF.
