Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and XEXE for the use of our spreadsheet processing service. Please read them before signing up or using the service; by using the service you accept these terms.

The service: XEXE provides online spreadsheet (Excel / CSV) processing, including data cleaning, grouping and statistics, merging, splitting, chart export and flow building. The service is provided "as is"; we keep improving it but do not commit to any specific level of availability.

Accounts and acceptable use: You are responsible for activity under your account and must ensure that uploaded content is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights and contains no malicious code. Free allowances follow our published rules (1 processing per day for guests, 3 for registered users); we may adjust them with advance notice. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, bulk abuse, reverse engineering, or any attempt to bypass quotas or security controls.

Intellectual property: The software, interface and documentation of this service belong to XEXE. The data and files you upload always remain yours; we process them only within the scope described in these terms and in the Privacy Policy.

Fees and payment: Paid features are handled by our authorised reseller Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds are handled by Paddle under its Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account; you keep access for the remainder of the paid period.

Data and privacy: How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our core commitments: we process your spreadsheets with deterministic algorithms and never use uploaded data to train models; data is stored isolated per user; guest files are deleted automatically on expiry; and you can delete your own data at any time.

Disclaimers and liability: The service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes and termination: We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in advance via an in-app notice or email; continued use means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and delete your account. You may close your account at any time; we may also suspend or terminate the service if you seriously breach these terms.

Governing law and disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts at the operator's place of business.
